I don't know if this is functional at all, but it might be fun to try more regularly

Flutter development without installing all that stuff?

12 May 2020 (SvenDowideit) Source: #7

I just got a new computer, and there's a small flutter app I'm building for work.... no, I don't want to install Android studio, and java, and whatever every 6 months that i look at it... If I scan it correctly, https://medium.com/@cezary.zelisko/how-to-prepare-a-flutter-workspace-in-a-docker-container-e56e0c7c7dcd tells me how :)

I wonder how this would work at traking multiple repositories...

perhaps the other repos would make more sense as something in a sidebar?

The rendering output should have meta-data saying what triggered it

And links to the action log, other meta info

Wouldn't it be awesome if github's `hub` tool had an actions subcommand

04 May 2020 (SvenDowideit) Source: #4

I'm going to bet there's an issue for that :) like https://github.com/github/hub/issues/2514 for example...

Darnit `hub issue` doesn't allow me to update the body of an issue?

Well there goes the idea that I could use it _now_ as a way to blog more complicated content. Its still pretty good - in that many little things are write once like this "whinge" probably is.

OMG I rely on Docker so much, and yet, its still dissapointing

I got a new Thinkpad last week - an X1 Carbon gen7. I install Ubuntu 20.04 on it, and was working remotely sshed / vscode remoted to my work desktop, so didn't install more than the minimum. This (long) weekend, I thought I'd see if there was a way that I could manage my thoughts better - and everything I tryed wanted Docker installed BUT ... `curl https://get.docker.com | bash` fails ... it seems Docker hasn't their releases sorted...... mild meh - I kinda think I did enough to help Docker adoption.

Ideas

If I could find a place to write down ideas, and publish stuff i've found that's more convenient than twiki was, and just works so far, i havn't found anything but maybe github actions could make it work?
